What Is On Your Mind?

I don't know... One reason I never joined the skype chat (besides the fact skype fucking sucks) is cause... then what's the point of this forum? Also, I've been using a different username here than pretty much everywhere else, not sure I want to combine those worlds. ^^;;

 

For the former, the forums is more organized and persistent. It's easier for people to go back and read past information. The chat room is....usually....depending on how many people and who is in it, more active, so it's more a real time communications for just regular socializing. There's a fair amount quite a few of us would want to talk about, but don't put down here on the forums because then it'd get kinda spammy or ridiculous, with us double and triple posting or editing our posts all the time.

The latter I can understand not wanting to mix usernames, if you've got one for your furry/adult life and one for your "normal" life that's okay!

The Lion King was good.

I think I liked it more the last time I went to see it a couple years ago. I felt like this year's production value was a little low as far as stage props, lighting and effects, and a couple other things. The characters were great, Mufasa and Scar are still my favorites from that series. Their Be Prepared scene could have been better, it didn't give me that chill like the Disney movie does.

All in all, I liked it. I'm glad that I chose this one to get me back into going to live performances. Just too bad nothing else that's on the schedule catches my interest.

It was raining. Sadly it was too hard, otherwise I'd have been outside enjoying it. I love standing in a light rain for some reason.

 

Welp, there's snow on the ground and I got a head cold...of course this would happen.
The one time we're probably going to get snow and I'm going to miss playing in it because my body decided to be stupid and got sick...

My parents wouldn't let me get a pair of skinny jeans I liked because the crotch bulge was too big/obvious. Like I give a fuck.

Where's @Icestar? I heard there's a winter storm rolling from the central states towards the east coast, and clipping Pennsylvania. o-o;

Yeah this storm's already hitting us right now here in NC

 

I wish I had a better paying job and my own place with all the privacy I need. Not to mention a job where I can be out and not have to worry about being potentially harassed about it.

Hey those two things sound like goals for me to work toward!

I'm in eastern PA, not far north of Pittsburgh. We're supposed to be hit sometime today through sunday.

Don't worry. In '09 we had that storm that left us three feet deep in snow. I'm used to it =P

 

All the UK is getting is rain right now and it is rather mild today to.

 

Making some progress on my proposal today, so that's a good thing! Also, I've been keeping an eye on the weather forecasts and it looks like snowstorm Jonas is going to pass just below where I'm at. Here's hoping.

 

I'm honestly not feeling very energetic today. My feet are cold and no matter what I do I can't keep them warm. Good thing the rest of my body is warm at least right?

 

Snow is coming down now. Forecast says minimum of 17 inches.
