Use mouth wash, it'll help keep the area clean and reduce the irritation that causes the pain. And take extra strength pain killers. Oral gels won't help at all. Go straight for pain blockers.

 

Currently going over all the cringey stuff I've done over the past year in my head and silently dying inside.

 

I use both mouth wash and an anti-inflammatory gel. The latter one helps tremendously. Without it I would still be chewing on my gums. ):

I didn't get the job.

 

Today I cannot focus to save my life. Hopefully I'm better after lunch. Have to wait 20 mins until I can use my meal plan where I want to. Time to do... I don't know. Something.
