Normal corn is just filler. No fiber or nutrients. Popcorn has fiber and antioxidants. As long as that artificial butter isn't on it.

Pretty much. It's a shame it's so hard to find organic corn (not that it really has fiber or nutrients when it's organic either, lol). We get it occasionally where I work through our distributor but it's nowhere to be found locally, which is unfortunate.

Parking is a bitch because you usually have to pay like $10 to park. :T

Man I am so glad signatures are allowed back. I can finally personalize my shit again!

The thing about this fair is that parking is actually free andit's the state fair for the western part of my state, so EVERYONE comes to visit it.
There's usually a shit-ton of people trying to pour into this parking lot and it's always got traffic backed up for hours.

What would everyone say if a "Silicock/Silivag Lottery" was started? The idea just popped into my brain thing so I haven't thought on it too much yet.

Side note: Good to see a thread that moves more than a page a day. Hopefully this doesn't slow down.

I'll have to think on that. Theres a lot that would have to be planned out.

Like what product is chosen, how the money is tracked, keeping track of who buys and how many tickets they buy. Lots of stuff. Plus any possible legal stuff with holding a private lottery.

ojeez, that's way more complicated than I was thinking XD
I was thinking it would be like "Yo guys, I have an extra toy I want to give away, guess a number between 1 and 1000, first closest person gets it"

Had I the money, I'd absolutely do that again. Normally I would look through someone's wishlist and send the funds to their PayPal all secrety spy like.

Can't do that without a job anymore sadly.

You know that's always what amuses me. Individually, we could rarely spend $100+ on a toy. Together, investing $10 to a lottery would only require 10 people to start getting into toy territory, and a 10% chance is hardly bad odds at that point.

Yeah, I've spent most of my afternoon here. I was able to practice skateboarding a little bit as well as go for a jog though, so that was good.

I could see that being a thing. In fact, we already have more than 70 people on here, if each one of us put in a single dollar that could buy one lucky joe a toy, but it would all have to be sent to a single account. That's a lot of fiscal temptation for the holder

I am starving. My mate is just having the roughest time and so close to deployment too.

I want to comfort him but that's hard when our hours don't coencide. I'm more than likely going to quit my second job so I can talk to him more before he leaves.
