What Is On Your Mind?

Free fall is what astronauts experience on the space station, anyone else out there in the void is either in free fall or accelerating, which just feels like gravity in the opposite direction of acceleration. So whatever boobs do in a parabolic flight is what they do millions of miles from any planetary body.

 

Why am I still awake?

 

Unhappy people will never be happy. And I mean unhappy as a type/personality of individual, not someone who's genuinely not happy with their current circumstances and are just going through a rough spot or hard times; they're always going to feel the need to find a reason to complain, a reason to be unhappy, and they're usually going to be focused on trying to find something to blame or criticize.

Case in point, the SJW types. They don't have any right to pass judgement on YOUR body, and you have EVERY right to be proud of what YOU accomplish, so long as you're not putting yourself on a high horse (which it definitely does not sound like you are). If anything, as a counter to their logic, by shunning you for talking about their success, they're hurting others who are trying to loose weight because you could be encouraging them to reach their goal, giving them motivation and reminding them it's possible.

Those kinds of people who go on and on about some problem, but erase or harass anyone who's overcome that problem in their life, they don't give a damn about the problem, they just want something to complain about. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT WEIGHT ISSUES. So you shouldn't care what they say. It's like how a lot of folks in that crowd, despite being "activists", they were all so loud about equal rights and treatment for homosexuals and bisexuals. And then boom, the Supreme Court ruled same sex marriage to be a constitutional right, and the us or them mentality kicked in. They went from supporting homosexuals and bisexuals to harassing them if they were nontransexual men, because "they have equal rights now, therefore they're part of the oppression".

You know, I do legitimately want to know how breast and buttock tissue behaves under low and zero gravity conditions. Or any appendage/body area comprised mostly of soft tissues with a lack of rigid support (endo/exoskeleton, cartilage, ligaments and tendons). Because we all know we want realistic 3D tentacles in space.

Got myself an interesting couple of weeks. This week will probably be the shortest work week I have which should be quite interesting. Plus my mother and I are going to be taking a vacation up to Chicago and I honestly can't wait because god damnit I'm sick and tired of North Carolina and all of its bullshit.

We're setting up a plan for things we'll be doing while we're there and I'll share that once it's all set and ready to go.

 

I use groupon in atlanta once and now thats all i get notifications for.

 

That crap is so annoying. I got accidentally charged for a hotel room in Denver (was supposed to be on a different card) and now I get a butt ton of emails from Hilton about stuff I don't want. Same for the website I used to find our new apartment. My old school email is just 90% crap now.

Yeah, like @Exeter said, even if you're in space, you're in freefall. Orbiting the earth is just freefalling, while also going horizontally fast enough to always miss the ground.

In fact, if you made a tower as tall as the space station is high, you could easily stand on top, still feeling about 90% of the Earth's surface gravity.

In other news, some god damn me if I have plans for the weekend canceled on me again. I'm trying to be more social and go out with people, but they either back out at the last second or something just happens to pop up. Doings most things alone is so much better as I don't have to work with other schedules.

I wonder what the performing arts center has this weekend...
