@Ajax I would say re-open the ticket (it's faster than writing a new one) and ask them what orderable color would be the most feasible to look like that one. They might suggest a fade or a split of some sort, because it really looks like it's highlighted which they don't do. Say repeatedly that you don't want to clone the toy in the picture, you just like the colors and want to order something with those colors.

 

Not excited per se, it's paperwork, not the most exciting thing in the world.

I was thinking of replying to the ticket but it is closed. How do I reopen it? I will definitely take your advice here and maybe just ask that the blue be a metallic as well, as was suggested. I wouldn't mind that, I suppose. I just want those colors, no need for a highlight.

Oh just a fight on the internet. I wouldn't be getting into real trouble. Something of a grudge I've had for a long time and every once in a while I like to go make an appearance and stir the villagers all up in a tizzy.

I wanted to get those same colors for my XL Karabos. I think it is Emerald Green with a Citrus Orange highlight. They should be able to do it again if they already did so once.

 

o: Really? The orange looks more like a metallic copper to me... and the green looks more blue. xD Would anyone have any samples of toys that are just emerald green or citrus orange so I can compare?

 

I have aen emerald green anthro dragon and legacy naga. It is the color alright. I used to have a citrus orange gryphon too and that looks just like it except metallicized. You are looking for an emerald green dong with metallic citrus orange highlights.
