SCAMMER ALERT! 2 FOR ONE SPECIAL

Hey there everyone! Just wanted to let you guys know that LavenderFields is a scammer and is the same cunt that has been scamming people in the past. DO NOT BUY FROM HER! ALWAYS MAKE SURE THE PAYPAL ADDRESS MATCHES THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IF YOU WANT TO BE SAFE! Using Paypal invoices will also give you extra protection!

Here is what is going on! I'm gonna attach everything that was going on between Myself and Lavender and then the stuff she sent the other person involved. I had been conversing with her on May 3 about my Meng that she wanted to purchase and be both came down to like $85 shipped. BUT in the meantime she was talking to Frostypaws about selling them their Chance on the exact same day at the same time. She basically "sold" her chance to FrostyPaws ( https://dragon-hoard.com/members/frostypaws.3718/) but gave them MY paypal address. They were told to put in the note (For Lavender) Making me think it was their BF paying for their toy so of course I sent it to the address Lavender told me to so now Frostypaws thinks I'm her and didn't ship him the Chance while I am just being caught in the middle and used like this and blamed. Frosty just escalated the dispute to a claim after I sent them all the proof that'll attach on here of her saying to change to address to hers instead and I'm just so frustrated and sad cuz my Mom just had reconstuctive surgery from Breast cancer and was just over and alot of family drama is going on in real life and then this has to happen.....I don't know what else to do.....I'm sorry but If I am out of a toy AND $85 would really put a damper on me right now. I have been apart of this community since 2013 and I would never hurt anyone in this community and to think someone else is fucking me over and the other person dragged into this thinks I am scamming them, I am just really distraught right now.... Sorry for the long message!

Just....how am I suppose to explain this nonsense to paypal >~< I'm still really unsure of how to go about this with paypal without screwing over Frostypaws cuz if he wins he'll take the money I deserved for the toy but if I win, he will also be out on the money aspect....ugh this so shitty....Any and all advice is helpful

Bloody hell that's crazy.... They've put up a few toys lately and I've been wary about them for a while People are such assholes stealing sex toys and scamming people of all thinga. I do hope you get this sorted out soon, please keep us updated!

 

I honestly was wary of them from the beginning but of course wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but I guess I won't be doing that again.....The dispute was made into a claim yesterday and i have till the 23rd to take some sort of action :/ I really don't know what to do cuz either I show these convos to Paypal and they possibly take my side leaving Frosty without his money or toy or vice versa....its a lose lose situation and I am unsure of what to do as of right now...

 

That’s really messed. I’m someone who has a different shipping address to the PayPal address (shared account) so this just makes me super paranoid about trading/being denied because of this rotten person.

I don’t understand the point? Why would anyone be so heartless, they could not just steal a toy but use someone else to do just that? That’s ripping off, stressing out and harming 2 people in one fell swoop. That’s four in one recent go, since the other post is new.

Disgusting. But I know that people like that have no conscience and don’t care if we hate them, as long as they get to keep on being greedy. I’m afraid I have no advice, besides perhaps getting in contact with PayPal over the phone and or your bank, to try and figure out how to prove your claim in turn. I wish you well, and I’m sorry this has happened to you during a trying time in your life.

Edit: IMO if the other person is still filing a claim against you and refusing to believe you after you’ve presented evidence, you’ve every right to prove your innocence and close the books on them.

 

I just want to point out I’m not trying to hurt anyone I just am looking for a way to get my money ( I believe that’s fair ) and I’m sorry to inconvenience you.

 

I'm in the process of getting information on them so they better be scared....I have HAD IT with our community getting prayed upon by this nobody who has nothing better to do than steal used dildos, cause us grief, and lose our hard earned cash.

Would it be possible for you two to settle this one on one? Claims or no, it sounds like perhaps you both could benefit from trying to at the very least negotiate the money situation so that neither of you winds up with nothing.

Talking with them right now one on one and hopefully we can come to some sort of agreement! I have been working Mandatory overtime at work and have been working 6 days a week for a few weeks now on top of an extra 4 hours of OT during the week with everything else going on so if anything, I made a little extra money and can have some to spare and give to them! Sure it will be a loss in the end on my part but I suppose that is just the way things are! Its not Frostys fault and I don't want them to get the shit end of the stick!

Seems like there is a lot of knowledge on this person. Wish it was public before the three of us got sucked into this mess. But at the moment we are all trying to get this sorted. Hopes are ( as far as what I can say ) is PayPal oversees what’s going on and cuts us both a break ( it’s possible it’s happened before that’s what all the shitty fees are for ). All I can say is stay away from this asshat. And possible hit them with a ban?

 

I wish this had any kind of legal weight, but I'm guessing secondhand sales through paypal have very little. Otherwise, that'd be hundreds of dollars of theft and/or fraud.

In lieu of legal action, I would love to personally 1v1 them while I'm in Wisconsin this weekend.

Wow stuck on the knot, frostypaws... You guys just saved me from making a trade with her! I was literally about to send out the toys tomorrow! She hit me up an offer for a small ee orca that sounded really good to be true.
I seriously can't thank you guys enough for your diligence and kindness extended to this community. I've had a tough time personally right now with my elderly mom and this loss would have broke me mentally; just another piece of hay on the huge pile, and it would have hurt. Seriously, thanks for your alert you guys. Your both my heroes, I mean this from my heart!

 

I love this community. I’m very, very new to the trading aspect of it but I’m really glad that you’re both able to speak and open possible negotiations in light of the awful situation. I really hope you both come to an agreement you’re both happy with! It just goes to show that, there are awful people out there, but we don’t have to pay it forward. Mad respect to you both for being so civil—I know i’d be panicking.

 

I’ve always personally avoided trading because of this very reason. I always thought PayPal would be a nice spot to fall back on. But we all see how that played out.

I think if you have enough info on the person you can slam with small claims court for whatever they stole in terms of money or goods. There is enough damning evidence on this blighter to do something about it. What a knobhead! I thankfully didn't trade any teenies off to her/him/it (I don't know....). I am terribly sorry to both you @stuck-on-the-knot1 and @Frostypaws for being involved in this shite fest. This isn't fair to either of you. I hope everything gets resolved peacefully and as fairly as it can be. What a mess. Thank you however for the heads up, the last thing I want is to be screwed out of money and a toy. So, far I've been very lucky and all that I have traded with or sold to have been honest folks. I want it to stay that way. I love you all. <3
