@Ceo Nadar - Curry Ramen? I know of only one in packaged form....kinda hard to find/get. Good stuff though.

 

Ugh. Went to a geek-out Beer && Coding event last night. Much beer. Not many coding. Don't try to hit the Ballmer Peak (the point at which alcohol helps your creativity as a developer) using hard apple cider. The hangover is not worth it. Just sayin'.

My Stubbs arrives tomorrow, according to FedEx. If the Kinky One doesn't call me, I may be free enough to play with it after all.

I've only ever had Koka curry noodles. I think they're generally sold only in Ireland (maybe the UK too). I ate the last of my stash a while ago. *cries*
My next method is going to be taking plain ramen and adding some Irish-brand curry powder to it.

 

@Ceo Nadar - Yep. Koka is the brand. My friend has a taste for them, but I prefer the other brand sold there that's absurdly high in sodium. Koka's curry flavor is the exception, but it's curry. Curry is awesome. Tim's last name was Curry and look how awesome HE was.

Also? in my Chegg parcel was a textbook...and a sample of deoderant....and a sample of a Tide washing machine pod....and a bunch of wall stickers to hang posters with....and a cranberry red bull energy drink. Uh...Chegg, did you whore yourself out for advertising space?

Not that I'm complaining, free energy drink and whatnot.

 

Surprise free stuff is the best! Well maybe not the best. But it is a pleasant surprise.

 

Might get to finish taking care of my closet today, which'll free up a decent amount of space in my room. Hm.

Half of my benefits are applied for. Some of my medical benefits will be difficult because the same doctors that ignored and sedated me in the Marine Corps didn't put any record of my seizure, MRIs, or blood tests in my medical records.

ugggh, I love my little cousins ( 5 and 3) but they are just hell to babysit. The boy (5) is at that stage where he knows way more than you (pffft), the girl (3) is always acting out ("Put that down. Don't climb on that. Put your clothes back on).

 

And another thing.
It bothers me every time these two are playing together, her brother will take something from her on the grounds of "This is for boys so you can't play with it" and she just sits there and accepts it, then she will does the same when he wants to play with something. I don't want either of them growing thinking that can't do things based on their sex.

The 3 year old reminds me of my sister (7), except way Brattier. She'll be a bitch just like my step mom....
