That's understandable....I'm USUALLY rather quick to leave a place once I see a shitstorm or drama brewing, and for whatever reason afterwards it does indeed often go downhill after I leave....so despite different reasons for leaving somewhere, I THINK I can say I know how you are feeling to an extent. .__.

You're family probably only lashes out cause they care about you and your future... But like @Exeter said they may just not understand what you're going for or see the big picture. If it's truly what you want to do, you're just going to have to keep at it despite what your family may say or feel about it.

Japan is what matters! Focus on that and make it happen lady ^^
