nocturne “leans” to the side? is he a flop?

hey forum!

i just got my small nocturne in the mail. he has a pretty severe tilt, which my mini nocturne did not have. i’m wondering if this is normal for the toy? if it isn’t, then i need to know so i can contact bad dragon. i don’t want to look like a fool, you know?

here’s what i mean.



this is with the base facing forward, perfectly centered. of course, it took all of five minutes for cat fur to get all over him.







he was a custom. is this tilt a flop? help... ?

edit: i want to mention that this isn’t just him leaning from the weight, i actually cannot bend him to a “straight” position. he’s shaped crooked like this.

edit 2: i just noticed that his base is crooked too. it’s much thicker on one side.



this isn’t the angle. this is legitimately how his base looks.

 

If it were just the tilt alone it'd be a bit ambiguous, but with the base uneven like that, I'd say it's definitely a flop. Put in a ticket, they should remake one for you

 

I have a toy with an uneven base much more severe than that, and CS told me it was normal, hrm. It def doesn't hurt to try and ask, though!

it seems that the main issue is the uneven base. i personally feel that he is a flop, but we’ll see what bad dragon ends up saying. the flop is mainly an aesthetic problem, so it’s not the end of the world. i’m just a bit bummed that i paid $100 and waited nearly two months for a toy with a flopped base.

 

An uneven base like that was considered to be a flop. It seems like they no longer do though.

 

Some Nocturnes/Xars lean. People ticketing were told it's not a flop reason =-(.

 

I have a nocturne large, I thought the lean is normal. It happens on mine .
