Contacting Lust Arts

So the previous Tuesday, about a week and a half ago, I ordered a double-sided suction cup from Lust Arts. I checked off to get notifications on delivery status by text, but so far have got nothing. I've also tried e-mailing them twice now, but haven't gotten a response.

I'm wondering if this is normal and it will be a bit until it's shipped, even though I chose for the color to be random to get it as soon as possible. If not or it's unknown, I'm hoping someone here knows a better way to get in touch with Lust Arts so that I can be sure when it's shipped so it doesn't get sent back or something and I waste my money.

 

I have talked to the one girl that runs the twitter and the email. They appear to have gotten alot of business in a hurry so its possible they are a bit backed up. Try contacting their twitter and see if you get a response.

 

Yeah, about that, I don't use Twitter. The only social media I really use is Reddit.

 

Its good to make a twitter account for stuff like this. Normally its a liberal exclusion zone but the main point of twitter is marketing and sales. If you want to contact a big or small company, twitter is often the best since its both "public" and its often more accessible. I actually got a great deal on internet from talking to the Comcast reps on twitter so it does work.

I can get her attention for you if you really don't want to make a twitter account at all. Its possible your email got stuck in the spam box or something else went wrong.

 

I'd greatly appreciate that, if they're busy it's possible my order still has yet to be made because they're still working on previous ones but it'd be good to know.

 

Dunno if it's because you said something or not, but earlier today I got the e-mail and text notifications that it's been shipped, so I guess I was just being impatient. Thanks for the help anyways.

 

Hah I forgot about it completely. But lets just say I had a part in the happy ending.

 

Oh, well then actually thank you, their shipping options are only the better ones, so hopefully I'll get the suction cup by the end of the week.
