Unreal Wait Times as BD Grows Sales

Just a Gripe,
I have been ordering from BD for a few months now - best products ever - but even as I give them the benefit of the doubt on production times, my disappointment increases.

My first product shipped after six weeks - no big deal - I opened tickets and they responded, keeping me in the loop. My next custom purchase was ordered September 30, 2019 and still isn't here - seven weeks yesterday and counting. They said the first time they made it it failed QC so it has to be remade. That was two weeks ago. They said they have a mountain of new orders and just can't keep up. They stated I may be waiting an additional 4-5 weeks production time - essentially "To the back of the line for you, boy".

This company will drive themselves right into the ground if they don't wise up. All they seem to care about are new sales, and raking in the bucks for their "small team of dedicated artisans". I say buy more equipment, and hire more employees, and fulfill your promises to your customers.

Long story short - does anyone know another reputable company to purchase high quality silicone toys from that doesn't take forever? I am ready to switch to a company that cares.

I ordering my first of several Bad Dragon toys well over 7 years ago. In the beginning, my orders were made and delivered within a few weeks. In recent years I have experienced an average of 2+ months wait times. Yes, the waiting sucks, and they really need to update their wait times in the FAQ to reflect their workload. Will that stop me from ordering? Hell no, the toys are always worth the wait!

There is also a wide variety of other folks making interesting toys on etsy as well, but your milage may vary on wait times since a lot of sellers/creators make toys out of passion/hobby and have real day jobs.
