I think the sale section of the forum should have a post where users can submit scammer's username, name, and/or email/paypal to add to a list.

    1. Just the username and email should be sufficient, no addresses or detailed info (no doxing).
    2. Of course proof would need to be provided (i.e. screenshot of the paypal dispute resolution against the seller/buyer)

Unfortunately, it seems that I got scammed by a user, has ghosted me since receiving payment, no reply to forum messages and not even a reply to email/paypal messages, nor a response to the paypal dispute when it was active, and i'm sure others have too throughout the various transactions on this forum have had run in with scammers and opportunists, so I am surprised that there isn't already a thread to report these scammers to add to a community blacklist like some other forums and communities have.

It'll happen regardless of who, what, where, when and how. Ultimately, if you used the PayPal resolution and it didnt resolve the issue, (odd/rare circumstance) after like a week or so, you could always report the charge to your bank/card issuer and they should be able to retrieve the funds and ban such person from using said services/banking with them in the future. Just my experience. So, those said scammers are not really scamming anyone except themselves in the long run.
