...by taking a few measurements of your toys!

Good day everyone! Hope you all are cozy at home in quarantine!

While you are stuck at home, why not submit a few measurements for your bad dragon toys to help others make sure they are making a good purchase.

Link to Database on Google Sheets

Who knows, next time you want to order, the model you are interested in may have detailed information in our database thanks to someone like yourself.

(Promise I wont spam the forum often with calls)

Edit: Thank you to whoever added the small spitfire

I'd be glad to help with a few measures, even though I'm in self isolation, work still as demanding or more than ever. Please have patience for the weekend to come.

Before BD launched the comparison tool I had a similar measure thing going, but only official measurements:
    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1w8PaPn1jdtLaNARBdz1IxdZzDWKvzWB6UOP3ET7gK7s/
Now it is very outdated and buggy, because it sourced images that no longer exist on BD website.

I still miss a feature to easily compare toys by knot for example, and with actual precise measures from the community it would be even better.

Thats awesome. Ill see if I can get any extra ideas from yours (will ask you permission). I have an "algorithm" in my personal sheet that allows me to input whether I want a knot toy or not, and then the min and max dimensions I would like, and then it filters. Ill consider adding that to the DB today. Thanks!

I was further looking into the spreadsheet and noticed I can't change measurement units. I noticed there is a check for cell N1 but there is no way to change it unless login into a google account and asking permission. Am I missing anything?

I was about to make my first submission when I noticed the form does not include the option to state if the toy has a suction cup, which greatly impacts Total length, and will cause discrepancies further on.

Also I do think there were other efforts in the past to collect user measurements, nothing such high level with the pictures and green lines but maybe check if any of this can be salvaged for your database:

When this minor issues get solved would be nice to get more visibility to it. Maybe talk to the mods at the reddit page to stick it or to to pin to the side pane. Maybe here somewhere as well..
