Invoice via USD is also acceptable via PayPal and currency exchange will be handled by my credit card issuer. Extra fees issued by UPS for Canadian shipping is also invoiceable.     The seller last commented on the thread on April 24th, replying to all the inquiries received since their previous reply on April 9th. I did not get a reply to the PM I sent on July 5th. They might be on reddit with a different username (seems to be the reason sellers abandon their posts here); I don't think I looked very hard for them.
