I find that when I do anal, I enjoy the physical feeling of being stretched and the mental feeling of having something big in me the most. This means that I'll probably be constantly challenging my max size, so I have some questions about sizing up and safety just to make sure I don't do something stupid.

I have no set size goal, so I'll probably just keep sizing up until I become too old to do it safely, or until I hit the hard limits (pelvis for girth, end of the cecum for soft-toy length, diaphragm for firm-toy length). Or until I hit a point where it's not safe for me personally to go farther.

Does having a softer material allow you to take bigger toys than otherwise? Since not only would they be more friendly to the bends, they would be able to compress themselves so my bowels don't get strained as much, and if I hit the above hard girth limit of my pelvis, it should be able to safely compress itself through to allow for a higher theoretical girth limit. Would this compression, getting a toy deeper than it otherwise would with its girth, be a safety risk? Would the benchmark for the pressure being too much to handle be too low for it to be practical?

How would I go about stretching deep parts of my colon? I've seen people... a person... varka hilt an XL Chance Flared, and with the length of that thing the head's definitely in at least the transverse, if not the descending. It's easily the girthiest toy that can get that deep, so how was he able to stretch-train himself for that? Especially since most depth-training toys like the Slink, even the XL one, aren't even close to that girth at that depth.

I've heard that the deeper in the colon you get, the wider its Inside Diameter gets, but at the expense of getting less stretchy. Is this true, and if so, how does it change your approach to toying yourself? Is it perfectly inversely proportional, allowing for the same "max stretch" the whole way? If not (which I'm 90% sure is the case) how much does it limit girth?

Recently, when I've been using my M/M Egg Plug (my current max girth), when I'm at the widest point and just about to sit on it fully, I feel this "burning" sensation in what I'm 80% sure is my internal anal sphincter. It fades away quickly when I switch to less girth, by either fully sitting on it or by taking it out a little. Is this due to not using enough / too-thin lube, my sphincter straining against its current max limit, or something else? Is it a red flag, something to just be wary of, or something I can ignore and bust through (probably not this answer lol).

Last question, similar to the last: when I've been using my M/M Chance Unflared (my current max length), when I feel myself "slip" into my sigmoid, it gets pretty sore pretty fast. I wouldn't personally describe it as painful, but it's enough to make me stop, and a very small feeling of wanting to remove it. The longer I keep it there, the weaker the feeling gets, and after a while I can take it somewhat deep in my sigmoid with only slight discomfort. Is this just my sigmoid being distressed about taking an M Chance Unflared head without warmup, and can handle it safely? (I should mention that this is the only toy I've ever gotten into my sigmoid.) Or is it a red flag that I should be responding to?

Very interesting post . I don’t have all the answers to your questions but I can give the perspective of someone that also enjoy the feeling of being stretched and of having something big inside.

So first of all goes the disclaimer if you are concerned: Insertion of large objects in your rectum and beyond is an inherently dangerous activity, and you are risking serious injury and a trip to the ER every time you do it. Each person is different and has slightly different anatomy and thanks to that what is fine for one might not be fine for you.

But, if we are here having this discussion it is because we also find it is very pleasant. And if we are careful we can minimize the associated risks. I’m very concerned with safety, and in the beginning I believe I made some mistakes mostly not using safe materials for toys and low quality lube. But all is fine and I think you are covered if you are using Bad dragon toys and I recommend a good amount of either cumlube or x-lube.

I’m a bit beyond in sizes than your current level taking the XL egg plug and a XL flared chance almost to the base. I hope someday I can fully take a XL Stan, but that seems a very far goal and might not even be possible for me. I don’t want to go much deeper than the length of a chance currently but I might change my mind in the future.

As for the firmness I find that you may have an easier time squeezing a larger toy through your sphincter if it is softer and it makes for a more comfortable experience overall, with longer toys in soft bending trough the sigmoid. But I don’t believe once inside the muscles of your bowels are capable of keeping it as compressed. I also don’t see anyone (sanely) being able to compress a so large toy through the anal sphincter that once inside it would cause instant damage (or the pelvis if comes to that point) . Before inserting you would likely cause tears in the anus itself.

So, go slow and feel your body, also keep track of the size differences of toys and the diameters/circumference you last took comfortably, don’t go for massively jumps in size at a time. And try to be gentle until you feel you can take a toy with ease. If you are careful and go slow you should never bleed, and if you do notice minor bleeding, even without pain or discomfort, that is sign to stop and rest for a couple of weeks, more than minor bleeding you should seek a doctor. When coming back from a break go extra careful because you will have lost most of your stretching, and might not be able to take toys as before. That goes both for depth and girth (and both combined).

On the case of the Egg Plug, it doesn’t hold lube particularly well.. So your burning sensation might be lack of lube, or might be just the actual stretching, with time and training your sphincter might loosen up and this sensation might fade. If you are taking its max girth without issues, I personally wouldn’t see it as a red flag, just to be careful and warm up before taking it.

With the chance, unless it has a cumtube I find it hard to take it without warmup, especially because it is hard to lube at depth. So , make sure to insert it gradually and lube it up again often and as you go deeper. At this point you are likely stretching the sigmoid and some discomfort is unavoidable at the beginning, another sign to go slow, lube and warm up. Holding the toy in will help stretching over the time at depth.

In a TLDR just respect your body and be aware of the sensations you are experiencing, small discomfort means to go slower more than that or pain means to stop, always be fully aware, so no drugs or alcohol mixed and you should be fine.

Guess I forgot about this, whoops.

Thanks for the response. It would make sense that I'm squeegee'ing the lube off the egg plug when trying to take it, though that would confirm that the burning's from friction. I'm assuming there's no lube that's squeegee-proof, that thick lubes like petroleum jelly would be my best bet, though that example in particular likely isnt a good one due to the whole infection issue with it.

The chance does have a cumtube, though I was using it more to vent air from my colon than to apply lube. My comment about "no warmup" is from the fact that it's the only toy I have that can get past the sigmoid at all, meaning I can't warm up my sigmoid before it. Though, I was planning on buying an XXL Slink as my next toy - I figure that the investment I'll get out of it will be worth its expensiveness, since it's an anal warmup, sigmoid warmup, girth trainer, depth trainer, and a goal to work towards all in one.
