I have the same problem, only... in a peculiar way. I've been a programmer pretty much my whole life since puberty, and my ex was a mathematician. As I get older, programming is becoming more and more like math. On the one hand, you have people who just use a freakin' calculator. On the other, you have people like me who get deeper and deeper into it. Unfortunately, my ex was into deep, weird maths about set theory and commutative operations.

Well, guess what the 21st century programmer is learning? Type theory (which is basically set theory turned on its ear) and commutative operations.

Fuck.

 

Sooo what have I learned? Amaretto does not fix headaches. *pout*
Perhaps I should try my hubby's mead.

 

Neither of those are particularly good at fixing headaches, but man, can they cause them...

 

:3 I wouldn't know I've never been soo drunk I've hugged to the toilet or trash bin. I have been hungover somewhat though....think. 1 to many mimosas. I DO however get fuckin' migraines. If I don't feel better by morning I'll take some Excedrin. My prescription pain killers make me woozy. I have others but they turn me into a mean SOB...so says Ben. I get mean or I get horribly sleepy and can't/don't get out of bed all day. I'd rather take the Excedrin and be awake all night than sleep my days away or be a monster.

Talking about sleep, it's 4.30am here, I woke 45 minutes ago, and I'm failing at falling asleep again :/

 

Amaretto gives me a headache, actually. One of the few things that does. Don't even have to get drunk on it.

 

My stomach and head are bothering me. I wonder if I take caffeinated headache medicine now if I can sleep through it or will I stay up until 3AM.

maybe I'm just salty, but seriously, fuck 90% of the remixes people make of songs. why the fuck does "remix" get misconstrued as "shitty dubstep autotune" usually with random super mario 64 sound clips thrown in. #ScalieIsGrump

 

It's why I prefer to look for mashups of songs rather than remixes of them. You get less of that kinda stuff most of the time.
