Feeling rather good today Might be able to get a lot of stuff done around the house and hopefully end the day off with a bit of a toying session.

 

Finding a job is literally the worst when you live in such a tiny town. ; ; I just want a decent paying job, not something that's part time and pays $7.25

But I know; I don't get how anyone can get away with paying their employees minimum wage. I mean, even if I go to the local grocery store and apply, I start out at $7.25, and work up to a max of $8.50. Since we live in a small town quite far from most other cheap stores like Wal-Mart and Target, a gallon of milk is around $4.50 or so--sometimes more depending on the brand. x_x Like... That's half my hour's worth of work right there just for a gallon milk. I can't survive on just one gallon of milk. D:

American labour laws in general can be pretty brutal... Hope you're able to find something a little better sometime soon!

 

Come work in Poland, having to pay half your minimum wage for a litre of milk instead of a gallon will quickly change your mind xD (The average per-hour wage is ~7PLN, and that is if you get moderately lucky - I know a few people forced to work for even half of that, and that's full time. Litre of decent milk can cost up to 3PLN, or even more depending on the shop) Hell, in some cases you buy ~7 plain rolls or 2 loafs of cheap bread and your hourly wage is gone...

 

Well I work at 6.20 an hour or so I have to sort out bills, gas and electricity charges, lottery as well as serve all customers, deal with complaits and now we deal with parcels. Which is supposed to be the post offices job. We recieve no bonuses no matter how hard we work and the bonus we do get have to go back into the company.

Yep. It was a lot less than that when I started. I haven't applied for a higher position in the place because they just made all the deputy bosses redundant.
You also on get 40p more for a higher position in the place to.

I am SO glad football season is over!

 

I really hate my body sometimes. Not that I'm unsatisfied with how I look or my gender or anything but god damn it why did I just get 12 hours of sleep last night even though I haven't done anything that deserves that much sleep.

 

My mom and my brother keep insisting that I let them take me jeans shopping. My mom gives the reason that my jeans are too short.
Firstly, I despise jean shopping and already went with my brother. I hated it, and didn't find anything good.
Secondly, my jeans are too short? I seriously thought all my jeans were fine. When I wear jeans and shoes, you can't see my socks. Any longer and they'd probably touch the ground, which I can't stand. Genuinely confused right now.

 

Currently waiting for pizza to cook and then gonna attempt to finish some homework
