    I need some advice....

    I sold a toy to someone overseas. Cheapest shipping was $25, tracking/insured shipping was $55. They didn't want to pay that much. They paid $90 in total for a pretty med legacy Chance, lube, and shipping. Well, it's been two months and it is no where to be seen. I've told them it is possible it is stuck in customs but they assure me they would have been notified. I have sent them the picture of the receipt and they confirmed with USPS it was in fact sent to them.

    Apparently they want to be reimbursed completely. I'm not sure what to do?

    From now on I'm shipping things with tracking/insurance and if they don't want to pay and it gets lost, oh well.

    You really have no choice but to tell them their SOL...it was their choice not to pay for the insurance on it...you should in no way, have to pay for that out of your pocket.

    Shipping at that price sounds like sea freight and can take ages (2-3 months is not unusual). Maybe check to see if that is the case? If it's sea freight I'd give it longer before refunding anything.
