I didn't start REALLY living, till I hit 50, now that I look back at my life.
Yeah, treat your body well, and you can enjoy a more comfortable older age. I'm not doing too bad, and I only started really paying attention to my health 4 years ago. Busting my ankle really set me back, but I'm certain that healthy living helped me heal much faster. I'm 95% recovered, though I'm sure I'll feel some pain the rest of my life. I do need to steer Mo's eating habits to a healthier menu, Since even I am experiencing a bit of weight gain now. Got to get back to a high fiber diet!
Just remember this you guys: "As you age, time tends to accelerate, and will pass you by if you don't try to keep up. You will fail, but trying will at least keep you in the loop" - me, myself and I, Eloe
