I'll be there to see my girlfriend end of march All the friends I've made in California over the years, and it took the one I fell in love with to actually get me to go there

 

Well I'm not falling out of love any time soon so who knows when I'll be back there

 

Love is just a word.

 

We hold a completely normal conversation while one of us eats dinner and the other rides dildos on camera. We are most definitely in love

 

Not for everybody, I can sure tell it's definitely more than just a word to me :3 I personally believe it's out there for everyone, sometimes everything one needs is to believe and have a little... faith, probably. And sometimes it finds you, not the other way around.

I also completely understand people might have different opinions on it though.

 

In sociology class, I learned that the concept of love and romance was unheard of prior to modern times. Medieval times and times before that, marriages were only made so as to keep land within the family, to gain more property via these marriages, and for political ties between higher classes. Romance became a thing after Medieval times, and was spread through societies through art and media.

 

Relationship goals.
I can't even think of any people I've met around my age who didn't act like "Ewww, that's weird!" about even the most vanilla sex stuff possible. And I'm always the one with the reputation of innocent asexual virgin.

OK, my raging from early is pretty much dissipated, but I'm sure this would ahve helped calm me down faster!

 

Yep. I often shake my head whenever I see someone online talk about how women never had the choice of who they married in medieval times....guess what, the "lucky guy" didn't either. Whoever the head of the house was made that choice entirely based on the social connotations of marrying someone from that family, what that family had to offer in the dowry if theirs was the woman, the status of the two families, the land.....

It was less of a cased of skewed rights by gender, and more a case of skewed rights by wealth, eldership, and existing status. All those movies and fairy tails about romance, there was no romance as you said. Marriage was just another matter of business, trying to either get ahead or maintain power.

 

Ugh... I just get over feeling depressed for a couple weeks and life decided to hit me with a cold...

If it isn't for me now it's certainly getting there hahahaha!


I broke my rib being a hoodlum on my motorcycle. Jumped over a speedbump like Mr. Cool and the landing thrust my tank bag holding my lappy right into my chest. It clicks if I breathe in and put pressure on it as I exhale. Not seriously painful enough for me to go to the doc though.
