ive looked all around the internet to try to find some very good tips for a complete body shave for males. Though sadly a lot of the sites i find are basically saying that males should not shave but trim. I want to make this thread for those of us out there that can be kinda hairy and dont have friends that can help shave. So im hoping that you lovelies on here will give me some advice on how to get smoother skin and be less hairy from the face down to the toes. Also adice on how to shave those hard to reach areas such as the back.

I personally don't shave, aside from occasional beard and genital area shave, but I've heard from a few different sources that sugaring works really well. I'm not sure if you can apply it to the whole body though. If I remember correctly @Kyvinaria and @bronson_twist had sugaring, so maybe they can tell you more.

There's also lasers, wax, whatnot. But if you're looking for in-home solutions, I think that nothing more but a razor will save you. Old fashioned way. Or homemade sugaring paste.

Use cartridge razor blades (Mach 3 type) buy a quality brand and pull the skin flat before going over.

Sugaring is most definitely an option. I've been getting my groin, butt and chest educated for the past few months and results are really good. It's also possible to sugar the legs, arms and back. Generally needs to be done every 4 weeks

However, it's not really something you can do yourself. Especially in the trickier spots to reach.

I'll echo Bronson. Sugaring is a great way to remove hair. When I get it done, I do my legs, butt, groin and chest/stomach. It's expensive, and can be painful though.

Alternatively, I shaved all those areas with a straight razor for quite some time. It gave amazing results, but takes a lot of time and patience, as well as a bit of experience using one.

On the skin care side, it really helps to start exfoliating, as well as moisturizing and such.

Basically what everyone above me says.

I usually just use shaving cream and a razor, going with the grain and pulling the skin flat. Normally during a warm shower to open the pores. Afterwards cleaning off with cool water, then apply either a moisturizer or other skin care cream. Leaves your skin smooth, clean, and smelling like coconuts or vanilla (in my case).

Trimming is also a good option if you don't have a lot of time, just be careful around you man package and butt if you're not using an attachment.

A neat little trick: soak in your bathtub or take a long shower, make sure you're soaked, then shave with conditioner or body lotion. It costs more but the results are way better than using shaving cream and I think it's nicer on your skin as well.

I've experimented with sugaring at home, the recipe is easy as piss to make and many come up with a quick Google search. When I finally got it down right, it worked amazingly well on my legs. I wouldn't recommend doing it anywhere like your groin or butthole for obvious reasons... but those areas are easy enough to shave anyway. Legs are a pain and I hate doing it so this compromise works OK for me.

Totally gonna sugar my nutsack, wish me luck! Hopefully it stays in one piece and my balls work after.. :p)

I've said it before a couple times, but I'd highly recommend Nivia. Either the 3-1 or their hydrating body wash.

More on shaving cream and alternatives, I find that most shaving creams are utter crap, using lotion and such works alright, but is a tad messy and slippery, and the best way to go is with decent quality shave soap... They can be a bitch to find locally, but make a big difference. Then following it up with some moisturizer after you're finished.
