Hate to hear that, but If thats how you really feel, then my suggestion would be to sit quietly in the corner and try and stay out of the rest of our way, because theres alot of work to do.

I do agree that this should be in the debate thread also, however the replies im reading are really opening up my eyes and giving me even more deeper of a perspective, so thank you for that.
Trans topics aren't overly common over here and I don't hear it discussed often, but time to time I do see that negative social reaction to it, just subtly and all I can think is 'honestly why does it matter to anyone else but that person? '
if a person is an asshole and HAPPENS to be trans, they're still an asshole, but NOT because they're trans.
It's like purely hating someone for being born on an odd date. There's no rational reason behind it besides from your own personal discomfort. and that's just it. It's YOU. You deal with it. Don't take it out on them.

I would go for the S5 personally since you still have a option for SD card and battery upgrade. Also since the S7 has come out should make them abit cheaper and easier to get a case for. Target has been clearing out some otterbox cases around my area. Hope that helps.

Progressive compassion and empathy huh...consider reading between the lines and thinking before you write something. Guess what? I try to be as good a person as possible. I like being happy and I assume others do too. I don't like being unhappy and I assume others don't as well. Basic logic. So I make sure I try to have good character and be a good person in the hope that I might make someone's day a little better. I'm far from perfect but have a right to be angry when someone decides to blindly shit on something "just because", with complete disregard for the other person.

Something happened where something was said to me that I didn't like. The other guy got his shit fucked up. What was accomplished? Not much. He was being a dick and paid for it. Now tell me, with an attitude like that where blatant ignorance, stupidity and antagonizing someone out of free will and complete intolerance for anything not normal is the norm, what's the accomplishment for opening your mouth just because you can?

If someone has the need to antagonize another human being, without due cause or a legitimate reason, is that normal?

Sorry, I can't help it. I hear some sort of homo/transphobia every day in person at work and it really gets under your skin.

Anyway I'm not going to argue, I love arguing but it seems much was said and I'd only be tooting the horns that were already tooted. I sincerely hope I didn't piss anyone off with what I wrote and if I did, I apologize.

 

Got my hair trimmed back a bit so now it's not hanging over my ears and getting in the way.
Found out that North Carolina have passed legislation to place more restrictions on LGBT protections.
Not only that, they've also passed a new road law where everyone now has to basically follow speeds limits, eliminating any "buffer zone" and giving cops the right to pull someone over and ticket them for being just 1 mile over the speed limit.

It's official, North Carolina has now become the stupidest and most fucked up state in the U.S.

 

On a related note, The National Union of Students’ LGBT Campaign has passed a motion calling for the abolition of representatives for gay men - because they “don’t face oppression” in the LGBT community.
