What Is On Your Mind?

I've always felt like a bit of a black sheep. I can't seem to get close to people unless im intimate with them, so really my only friend at the moment irl is my partner.
I've had friends come and go but no one I'd regard as someone I love and care deeply for.

On another note debating if it's worth trying to sell my old Tango vibe.
It's still just as powerful as the day I got it but I got a new one now.

Yeah, I'm not super upset about it, but it does get lonely. The fact that I also don't currently live in the type of neighborhood that I prefer makes for quite a bit boredom, and probably keeps me from finding friends. I prefer to be within walking distance of activities and social gathering places or whatever, but at the moment I'm temporarily living back home. I also don't drive and public transit in this city sucks. I really only use it for work and if I'm desperate to get out of the house.

Between work and being in constant contact with @Amberina, the boredom and loneliness is bearable. We skyped for hours yesterday. It felt so good. Almost like we were actually together. <3

 

I got a hot bartender's number the other night. And my hoodie came in!

 

Funny enough was near that area this weekend lol. Weekend was pretty good with family and now back to a week of work.

 

Been a quiet week, lots of Minecraft with Berit, a little fallout, only one toy day. Getting ready for my trip, I've got one more day off (tomorrow) and one more day of work before I fly on Wednesday. Getting super excited! Might go see Batman vs. Superman alone tomorrow night just to keep up the hype (despite the inevitable disappointment.)

 

I actually really liked Batman v. Superman! I can see why some people didn't, but even then I don't think it deserves the horrible reviews it's getting. It's just a different style. It was a really heavy, serious movie and I appreciated that.

 

Two weeks until the furcon. I've made a lot of friends though the meetup group over the year so I'm gonna know more people this year. Been staying in touch through telegram so I can meet a few more people too.

The one side effect.... Last year I was brought to the con through a friend for the purposes of hanging out and playing video games. This friend (and another one of his friends) kinda thinks I'm not a furry.... That cover is blow as soon as I show up wearing the new tail I bought. ^^;;

 

OMG. WHOEVER PLAYS LEAGUE MUST MAKE A RANKED TEAM WITH ME. WE WILL BE THE BALLROOM UNICORN MASTERS. BUM!!!!!!!

 

Traveling to Kentucky for work next Sunday and stuck there till Tuesday. Man i better get some drinks after this.

Just got back from Batman V. Superman. I actually liked it a lot. The only gripes I had with it were questions about how Lex Luthor learned certain things. But I'm sure there's a good explanation that I didn't quite catch and even just sitting here I'm pretty sure I can come up with an explanation of my own.

 

Locked my keys in my truck outside the dollar store. Went back in to mcguyver some burglar tools, which endes up being a pair of garden shears and a garden sign. So there i am trying to break into my car, but the the sign isnt long enough to reach. So im pretty sure im fucked at this point when who should pull up right beside me?

okay then... so apparently the artist i chose to do my project on based on one image I saw of their work, well just about the entire body of their work aside from that one piece looks like anything and everything you'd find in an underground german BDSM leather club... this is gonna be an interesting but awkward presentation XD

 

Getting super excited about my trip to California to see @Berit Happening in only a day now! Plan is to go to work tonight, do my regular shift, come home as fast as possible, sleep a few hours, wake up, get cleaned up, hop in a cab and head to the airport. There I'll fly to Denver, change planes, and fly on to San Francisco. I'll get picked up by @XG1 for lunch and some long-awaited bonding. Might even get to see the new skin-tight latex zebra suit and maybe even the leather zebra mask he just acquired, if we've got time. Then it's on to San Jose to meet family and prove that my dear girlfriend is not, in fact, a lesbian.

We'll do it all as quickly as possible before heading off to Berit's home town to spend our time relaxing, having fun, hiking, playing with the dog, and taking innumerable pictures and videos. After that, we'll be driving back up to San Francisco to get me back on a plane. I'll be flying to Calgary to spend the night, and in the morning, I'll be coming back to Winnipeg to rest up, give @Poster Nutbag a huge kiss/hug/snuggle and spend a day unwinding and planning our next visit (when she comes here!

 

What I'd like to plan is a con trip. To a huge con. Either in a different stateam or different country. Collaborate withave the member(s) who live there and will also go.
