Woohoo! Going to a kink event with the rest of my triad plus a friend of theirs this weekend. It'll be the first time for something like this for all of us. It's just an open house/intro thing with some hands-on stuff so I doubt much naked fun will be had, but if anything of note occurs I'll likely post about it. So excited!

Breathing a sigh of relief cause I got a refund check from my car insurance company. It was enough that it equated to my rent, so I basically got my rent plus a little bit back. Really needed that money cause now my credit card is finally paid off from my move and I still had some left over to gift myself a good amount of manga! ^.=.^
Plus I get paid this Friday so I'm now comfortable money-wise and it actually feels good to not have to stress about things like that.

 

I get paid tonight @11:30 or so.

Sadly, most of it is already spent. I wish Mo's income would get better, it would make things a lot easier.

 

Seriously considering grabbing a Pearce and an Ika this weekend...

 

Nice! But you never know where something like that can lead. Opening a window to experiences might end up as a floodgate... in a good way. Was that way for me.

 

I'm kind of worried that BD intends to phase out the original Tentacle in favor of Ika (Tbh, the og tentacle looks far more natural and aesthetically pleasing than Ika, in my opinion)

 

I agree, og tentacle is more realistic looking, but I dig Ika. I think I like it not having that crazy bend that the og has.

got a bunch of my ceramic work back today, got a few sculpture pieces into a show, and I made a random copper thing that looks kinda like a vagina. strange day

 

So I just learned that in Japan, blood types apparently play a very important roll in determining personality traits (similar to us in the west following Zodiac signs to determine personalities). Seeing as I don't even know my own blood type I'm now kinda curious as to what blood type I have.

 

got some minor chemical burns from some ceramic glazes. seems quite a few of them have ridiculous amounts of soda ash, wood ash, and other fairly alkaline things

Been more exhausted this week than I ever have since moving. I'm not sure why I'm so tired but it really sucks.

 

You know a class is good when one of the assignments is to verbally design a game and submit it to a contest.

 

Same. I was the third born in the family so it was like "Whatev" when it came to me. My mother didn't remember my blood type, my first words, or when I started to walk. They know about my 2 older sisters and their first words. Sure they'll have videos of me being a dumb ass or sitting on the toilet but not my first steps. Thanks, guys.
