Not a for sale

not a for sale but just posting because now I am getting blamed for not shipping an item to someone and they have reported it to paypal and trying to get a refund on something they have already received, transaction was weeks ago and I have previous sales and purchases on this site. Never was I messaged about them not receiving the product until today from PayPal with this charge. People be careful who you sell to and who you buy from.... please delete if not allowed

 

Original transaction was from January 5th and was shipped within a week to Burbank California. Shipping took 5 days with USPS

Do you still have the receipt from the PO, from when you sent the item? I'd send that, a copy of the invoice (if you used one). Also, lock in the tracking number for the package on the USPS website and screenshot it as showing the package delivered. As long as you followed the steps through PayPal, invoicing, sending to the address specified on the buyer's account, keeping your slip from the PO with the tracking number, you should qualify for seller protection.

Well some how it is still under review at PayPal but it looks like he took my chance and gets his money back from PayPal. This really makes me not wanna do business with anyone on here. Horrible experience and can’t believe someone will stoop that low to do something like that. Please take this as a warning to everyone so you don’t get screwed over like me.....

 

For items under $750, the only requirement for Paypal seller protection against non-receipt claims is providing a tracking number. The funds may be held for a few days, but if tracking shows delivered, Paypal generally always sides with the seller. Have you uploaded tracking, OP?

Add the correct tracking number onto the paypal invoice and you should be fine, if the package was sent out!

I know in the other guy's thread, he stated you either left a blank or bogus tracking number.

Also notice seller is lying as the dispute was filed 2 weeks ago, not today. The paypal is also unverified which should have been a red flag if i was paying attention
If you shipped it, you could provide the tracking number

Not everybody knows that Paypal will subtract money directly from scammer's bank accounts. When you set up your Paypal account to make/receive payments, you agreed to let Paypal do that.

 

Still no tracking number soooooo literally 0 proof youve shipped anything. have 10 transactions between here and BD forums so nice try.
