    I've been talking to twin tails.
    they've started responding, but they're still not great on helping me.
    they're telling me they're catching up on orders, but they don't seem to acknowledge the fact i'm after a refund at this point, not the toy.
    I don't have a high enough sex drive currently to even think about the toy. It's honestly just stressing me out!!!

    I hate the fact that i'm disliking them this much, as i know how hard it is as a smaller company/business, being an artist myself, but really, they need to manage their sales better if they plan to run this as a full online shop.

    That's a shame.
    I actually finally just got my FB Black Friday order, and while TTC has been awesome, and is helping me out an amazing amount, the toy itself (again, from FB, not ttc) was riddled with terrible mold issues and air bubbles.
    In case anyone wants to read about the whole debacle, here
    Don't order any FB toys until TTC redoes all the molds.

    so i'm now dealing with the fact of, while I've been asking for a refund for 2 weeks+(probably 3 honestly)
    that miraculously, my toy is done, most likely packaged, and ready to be shipped!!
    so if i want to cancel, there's a 20% fee. (which on my order is exactly $20, of the $80 spent)
    so on with my Paypal dispute it seems!!! they want me to cancel the dispute so they can cancel the order, but they're not taking a dime.
    hah, no no no FB. if you ship out this horrible toy that's going to be bad quality, I'll more than happily roast this bad looking weenie and send it back. i have no desire for it anymore, and just want my damn money.

    and Sleepy, I'm so sorry you got that terrible toy man. that quality looks terrible.
    I always want to support these smaller companies to give them some business, but it seems, not many of them can actually manage.
    I hope TTC improves FB, since i do like some of FB's mold's (even if the quality isn't great. electro fox, you are so beautiful)
    I honestly am not a huge fan of them because of this incident, but i know its not their fault.
    either way, someday i will acquire a nice fantasy dildo, but alas, that day is nowhere near today.

    I believe it’s about a year since I placed my order for a few eggs. The order status has not changed and none of my tickets have been answered. They are extremely behind on their backlogue, or simply aren’t completing it at all.

    So, I'd like to add an update from today!

    TTC has purchased my toy From the old Frisky beast, and Refunded me my purchase, so i'm in the clear???
    I'm lucky!!! they'll be selling my toy as a pre-made, so i won't be ripped off.
    I owe TTC a lot. This made my opinion on them chance, for the better

    thats insane! you've got to do something, contact them on twitter or something, or contact paypal. I'm sorry you're experiencing that :(

    It’s not a gigantic deal to me, as they are a gift. I’m a very easy customer, but it’s just pretty crazy how behind they are.
