Clitoral Enlargement w/o Hood Growth?

So I'm very interested in clitoral enlargement, but without any masculizing effects or hood growth. I mainly wish to focus on head and shaft growth. I've read many threads on the subject of using Andractim, but unfortunately none cover the idea of clitoral growth without hood growth. Any advice and suggestions, especially from those with experience, would be very much appreciated.
