Discreet shipping from BD to EU?

Anybody here who have purchased BD toys that were shipped to the EU? BD website says international customs regulation might require company name and logo to be slapped onto the package. Was it on yours?
Also what do if address contains special characters that the BD website does not support?

 

Customer service can fix your address info, if you place an order.

 

Turns out, no, they won't. Their courier strictly requires english characters only.
Let's hope it finds its way anyway.

 

UPDATE:
Toy arrived! Package was discreet as can be (no mention of contents, BD or the like - despite the warning on BD's website) and UPS for once didn't completely cock up.
