Halo, Diablo 2, and most of the World of Warcraft music. There's an extended version of Nightsong that I love so much I could listen to it on repeat!

 

Didn't read back through the thread yet so I don't know if someone already said it, but Final Fantasy in general has hands down some of the best soundtracks. The music is always so evocative, FFX's score in particular. "To Zanarkand" always kinda makes me wanna tear up. And there was something indescribable about fighting random battles while that song was playing. The Chrono Cross soundtrack was awesome as well. I really could go on.

 

Dark Souls 3 has been loads of fun and is a fun game to just zone out to.

 

I got the special edition before I even had an xbox one so I could get the free soundtrack with it. if you like the music from the dark souls series or bloodborne there's a guy on youtube that makes remixes and original compositions based off of the game music. some of it is good, some is kinda meh, but he just released a new bloodborne inspired album and so far the first song is pretty good

 

The soundtrack from the Legend of Zelda - Twilight Princess (if I haven't stated this already). Especially Snowpeak and Ganon's Castle. Oh, and the Twilight Realm.

 

Castlevania is the shit. I love that series, /especially/ 64.

 

Wow, you're one of the few that does. The OST is awesome, I should post a few here, I used to collect VG OSTs.

Destiny: The Taken King



Regicide (2:54) has to be my favorite. The heavy brass section right in the beginning announcing the Taken King's arrival, just makes me think of how big a threat Oryx is/was.
