Hairstyle question!

Hey all! Wasn't a good spot to put this in the general section soooo.....anyone know if there's a name for this type of style?
I'm looking for variations on it to show my boss when I ask if she's cool with me cutting my hair.

I think the haircut would just be defined as a mohawk, it looks to me like his bangs are just swept over. I'm no hairstylist expert though, could be wrong!

 

Sounds about Right! I'm wondering about ways to make such a style work-appropriate. I already have an undercut and that's fine by them, but I dunno how far l can push it.
