In general people do post where they are selling from and to whom they are selling to. They have that right to choose if they want to put it in the title or not. Some sellers will write US only or EU only etc. But it doesn't hurt having to ask if they do. But it's recommended that we put that in the title but no its not a rule.

 

You need to make sure your ad or sale list is active and the dates usernames are up to date. The buyer should post their interest and confirmation of purchase. Then switch to private messages to conclude the sale example PayPal exchange of info addresses etc. Then once paid confirm publicly that's it's purchased/bought then the sale is complete once the buyer has received the item as described...I will move the sale post to the completed sales section.
