[Non-BD] Custom wait times?

I'm curious since I know BD can be nightmarish on wait times for customs (and in my past experience, years ago, even in stock orders lol) how are other company customs wait times?

I was mainly curious about Primal Hardwere, I didn't see anywhere on their site turnaround times?

Also any other good experiences from shops on etsy and the like would be fantastic! I've been out of the toy game for a while, I know a lot of the "staple" makers but not much about their turnarounds or their custom process (Like Krow's nest, DamnAverage, Xenocats, PhoenixForge, KuduVoodoo, etc.) last custom toy I ordered was from TailsNPortholes and they're not around anymore to my knowledge lol.
