There are many things that go into good penis health. Just like most things let's start with the basics!
(Many of this applied to both sexes)
1.) Being in decent shape provides many benefits to you penis. Being in shape means you have better general blood flow. There is less body for your testosterone to permeate meaning you should have a healthier libido. You will have the stamina for any activities involving you penis. A good diet as well as on occasion breaking that great diet will help you feel like the breeder you are!
2.) Sleep. Sleep is your bodies reset button. Whether a teenager or an adult, sleep is the time when your body let's you rest, resets your hormones and heals you. Without sleep, over time it will very much begin to affect you penis.
3.) Mental health. If you are in serious pain it can affect your boner. Mental hurt often manifests itself as physical pain. It's important to let that out whether through a craft, hobby(BD XD), counseling.
4.) Try and avoid taking any sort of pills that aren't related to vitamins that involve your penis. Many products are crappy at best and the ones that work could land you with Erectile Dysfunction. If you are considering this, look deeper into your reasoning and the previous 3 steps.
5.) There are in fact ways to exercise your penis which will keep it at optimum efficiency. The added benefit is that it can increase your size! This type of training is called PE. (Penis Exercises) http://www.pegym.com/articles/introduction-to-penis-exercises *Again avoid products that don't work and prey on mens egos"
6.) It has been suggested that you keep porn to a minimum as some peoples minds begin to associate porn with real sex leaving some flacid at the time of real sex and intimacy. (not everyone is affected this way)
This is all I could provide for now. More tips and tricks are welcome! Feel free to post health/sex related advice involving the penis! ^_^

Wearable toys ( For now only BD)
I have two wearable toys from BD.
    A) The original Cock Sheath (Glow in the dark)
    B) Large Werewolf wereable (Lunar Glow in the dark)
I think aside from the fun of collecting these, toys that involve going around your penis can be a little daunting to figure out as there are several factors to consider.

    1.) Usability:
Let's lay our egos down and really consider all of the factors that go into usability. I address some of these issues in my first post. Be healthy and take care of yourself and your penis should do the rest. If you are deterred by size or girth I have linked a page above that should help you in time. I will say right here and now that if you are a little smaller than the Bad Dragon Wearable you've bought it's perfectly ok as long as it's within reason. The silicone is firm and flexible enough to make it useable. (In my case i'm about half an inch or so from pushing the tip fully. I can still stand up the toy unassisted!) It's fine and I would have no trouble using it both as a sleeve or partner pleasuring device. ;)

For the knot cock sheaths specifically, try to make sure that the top part of the knot sits behind your glans(tip) and you should be fine to use as much as you want without any slippage issues.

    2.) Fit:
So you've determined you are up to the task of choosing a wearable or have chosen and ordered one. For those who haven't ordered here are some things to consider. Measure your personal length by either taking a string or small tape measure and pressing it just above your penis into your pelvic bone and stretch it to the tip of your penis. This is your length (Here's your sign). You will probably neatly or not so neatly fall into a certain size of toy.

Deciding the size and length for the fit and use that you want.
I would say for the wearables that bigger is better. Regardless of your size if you are pushing one toy and go up one size you will probably get more of the dual use, sleeve/ partner use making the toy even more fun and dual purpose. If you know your size and want a specific fit for you or a special someone, aim for the one closest to your length above your penis length. As with condoms, it would be no fun to constrict yourself and it might hurt. The toys are strong and flexible so as long as you aren't the size of a tree trunk, I haven't heard too many issues with girth problems. If it is simply too long the toys are strong enough for you to fold the end of the toy inside out to accommodate you better.

For the knot cock sheaths, after you have your penis length measure your glands and do simple subtraction. (Length - Glans length= Sheath size space) If you find you have enough space for a knot or are right on the edge, Go for it. Remember all of these toys are flexible and there are small tricks as with the male toys to make them work to your advantage.

    3) Use:
For god sakes use appropriate lubrication! (Unless you are an expert at some dry style :) )

The ball strap: The newer straps do in fact feel better and increase support. I find taking both hands and stretching it over my sac after inserting myself into the toy is best. Gently pull yourself as far though the strap as comfortably possible for the best support.

By yourself: All toys can be used as a sleeve which gives you options! You can simply use it as you would use say a Dragoness OR you can put it on fully with the ball strap and it will still have enough give for great sleeve use with the added benefit of ball tension/caress which can feel good or change the experience a little. (For you bondage fans it could be used for many other things!)

With a partner: I've been told that it takes time for partners to properly be able to use both the length and the knot of the toy in some cases. Be patient and enjoy the experiment. It's supposed to be fun right? If the full sized wearable try inserting it, leaving it in and pressing into the toy as it is in your partner. Also feel free to leave it inside and use another orifice. Incorporate basic sexual massage techniques like letting your new found penis sit against your partners body as you engage in foreplay. The options are endless for teasing and use.

I hope this guide helps anyone out regarding selecting their specific wearable and provides insight on other ideas on how to use them.
    Cheers!

Any advice for a guy with foreskin? I have tried a sheathe before with limited success. Foreskin can get in the way.

In what way? The first thing is to use a bunch of lube. The second might be to warm your toy with warm water before using. If it's tugging just pour on the lube. Your foreskin is made to make the process of sexing something easier as long as it is lubricated. Let me know if it's related to another issue.

I am probably just being too conservative with the lube. I find sometimes my foreskin gets all bunched up at the base of the sheathed, and it pulls too much. I will try heating up the toy first too.

    Thanks for the feedback!

I hope it works for you! I've had similar issues and find that I just have to properly lube and warm the toy and as the toy and all of it's ridges warm up it stop all tugging and becomes a *fluid* experience. ^///^

That is great advice. I actually tried something new with a toy my bf and I have. I think it's called the David wearable from BD? Anyways, @Exeter used my glass dildo to insert the wearable inside, then I fucked it. What an experience that was. I used LOTS of lube (as per your advice). It was so tight and the ridges were so lovely.

I realize that I sort of de-railed your thread of penis health. *sorry*

Perhaps you can offer some advice as per my healthy dick ;) I have recently started taking an anti-depressant (SSRI), and have been having trouble climaxing/keeping a firm erection. I am going to talk to my doctor about it in a couple weeks, however, it seems like this is a common symptom amongst anti-depressant users.

I think I have to re-think my sexual habits. Perhaps the twice daily masturbation should stop... I have tried using a cock ring too to stay firm. Any thoughts?

I actually can help here. Anything that affects your reward system and specifically dopamine can affect your erection. Often times anti depressants flood your dopamine receptors keeping you happy and focussed but in some cases this can tax your reward system leaving little room for libido. I'm not a doctor so it may simply be a dosing issue.(please consult your doctor). However a saturated reward system is the same process that any addict suffering severe ED would go through. just a small list of things that can affect your erection without moderation.)

    (Going down in severity)
    (very bad)
Illegal drugs (Just stop, or stop complaining XD)
Pain Killers (A reaallly bad one, strong depressant can make you numb and almost unfeeling when dependant.)

(iffy- most of these in moderation are ok but if you are sensitive can affect you and your performance)
    Alcohol (depressant- makes you numb)
Viagra(Many people use Viagra for wrong reasons and suffer the consequences try to avoid erection medication as long as possible)
ADD meds/ anti depressants (stimulants- again saturated reward system)

    (Light-...relatively)
    everyday stress
    junkfood
    fitness level
    fulfillment

I used to take ADD meds and drink occasionally and have seen the various affects it's had on my libido. The other thing that can happen is that you may need to get used to the meds until your body takes it for normal. Again when I was on ADD meds I was dizzy at first so I had no libido for a few weeks. Just food for thought.

Ok, now, I have questions. q~q

I've been insecure about myself for a while now:
It takes longer (generally) to become aroused, and I have to stay aroused longer, in order to reach climax.
I seem to be less sensitive? Like, when I'm aroused, I can easily lose or lessen a firm arousal by slowing or small (like a few seconds, no more than 15-20 second) breaks in sexual activity. I also don't get very aroused easily by touch, and it almost worries me. Like, most of the guys I've been with, they're pretty hard just from making out/running hands over their body/etc.. and I don't seem to become aroused easily in most cases until actual sexual contact happens?

I've had some theories brought up that maybe it's because I'm above average in size and thus less sensitive (or it will take more to please because of more area and so on), or I'm less sensitive for emotional/mental arousal reasons (I have a hard time staying focused on what's going on. And when I'm not getting aroused like I feel I should be, it starts making me anxious/lightly stressed), and so on. Plus, during sex, I tend to be much more focused on pleasing the other person, so that could be another part. I duno.

I just want to know why I don't get aroused as easily, stay aroused as easily, and what I can do to boost those rates and so on. I mean, it's not a problem if we're talking a long term session, but it's almost impossible for me to do "quickies" with a boyfriend or whatever. I have to be committed and have time to go "all the way" during sex. And it kinda, I dunno, gets to me. Makes me very insecure about myself and about sex in general.

Any tips or advice or anything please?

We're on a toy site. Do you excessively masturbate and or watch a lot of porn? (obviously i'm not against it)
but if you are doing either one of those excessively it can desensitize you both from touch and emotional connection. Try stopping all such activity for say a week, or if you want to be bold a month and see what happens.

I guarentee you, you would gain some perspective. ;)

That actually sounds like great advice. My boyfriend is going for a month of edging. These days, the slightest touch gets him rock hard, and he is always a few sucks or strokes from an orgasm. Edging him is so much fun!!!!

A lot of this is based on newer research showing the connection between young healthy males and over stimulation followed by weakened erection. (In extreme cases ED) After a few embarrassing moments I toned down all of my porn and things and began pursuing more partners to quell all forms of performance anxiety. So far it's worked very very well!

Interesting link. Does over-stimulation mean excessive masturbation? Does the study indicate what qualifies 'excessive'? Hopefully my twice-a-day tradition is safe. My erection seems to be working fine...

This all depends on a few things. Some people are unaffected, but they are the exception. The truth is that porn is worse than masturbation. So if you masturbate say less than 5 times a day not to porn, you shooouuld be ok. But patterns (very vague) tend to show that men who don't watch porn or masturbate find it easier to be a social butterfly and find mates.
