question about anal

ok i saw a video with a guy having a xl t Rex all the way in and i thought the rectal cavity was only 5-7 inches.
is there a way to do this without injury because i want to try it.
is there training you guys could recommend? or a how to?

You're not being specific enough with your question and you haven't given any information on your anal experience at all. To answer one thing though, yes the rectum is short but the rectum is just the name given to the furtherest end of your colon. When Varka (the guy in the video) is taking that Rex, its straightening out nearly his entire colon. Hes been training for a very long time and is pretty much an expert at defying ass physics. Its going to take a lot of lube and gradual increases in the size and length of your toys to reach that point and you can't expect to get there in weeks or even months, but if you're persistent, you might succeed.

oookay. I'm gonna put this in steps starting from 0
0 - get a small toy. I'm talking only 2 - 4in long and 1 - 2in in circumference (basically finger sized toys)
1- get yourself a good pair of long lasting lubes. One silicone, the other water based. You'll more than likely need both because some toys can be damaged by silicone lube, but for long lasting slickness, silicone can't be beat.
2- Use that toy as often as you can. Lube yourself first and then the toy. Don't sit on it. You might drop down too fast and hurt yourself, lay back and just work it in slowly. Since you've never been penetrated, the sensations are going to be new and unfamiliar, but if you feel anything even slightly resembling pain, go slower. There will be an overall feeing of pressure similar to pooping.
3 - Once you're able to use your first toy with ease, get another one that's bigger.
4 - Repeat steps two and three until you've reached your Butt Goals

Additional Info:
- Cleaning out: A lot of people will give themselves an enema before doing butt stuff. It keeps things cleaner and less smelly during playtime. If you need a tutorial on how to give yourself an enema, see here http://www.wikihow.com/Perform-an-Enema-at-Home
They list 2 types of enema there, but ignore the retention one, you're going for a fast clean using plain water. Once the enema is done, I suggest staying upright for an hour or two to make sure you're fully drained (ya might want to put something in your underwear to catch any stray water)

- Going deep: The bigger and longer your toys get, the more careful you need to be. Your colon (and all your innards) are attached to your abdominal wall by membranes that keep them from migrating around your body. When you take large and long toys, your asking your colon to pull against that membrane enough to from a straight line. THis is why you need to go slowly and take the proper time to let your body adjust. That membrane needs to be stretched over time, if you go to fast, you might tear it , which will certainly cause rectal bleeding and god knows what else. Just be safe and listen when your body is speaking to you and you'll be fine

There isn't a list like that, that I know of. I would actually recommend not sticking exclusively to BD for this. Your goal is to train up, so some of these toys are just stepping stones. No sense in spending 60+ dollars for a toy you'll outgrow

The rule for firmness is the bigger you go, the softer you get. If a toy is only 1 inch thick and is cast in soft, it will be near impossible to get in because its so darn floppy and squishy, but a toy that's 6inches thick has plenty of density, so being soft gives it a yielding outside but a firm core. That XL Rex in the video is either cast in soft or extra soft for sure

You'll have to do some digging if you want to find something like that. im sure someone on the original Bad Dragon forums made a list of toys smallest to large, I have no idea how up-to-date it might be considering BD comes out with a new model every few months

Fundamentally you have to learn how to relax the valve at bend between colon and rectum. If you don't relax it's going to hurt and that's just wrong.
Can't relax if it's holding on to shit so you need to be clean a long way up. The whole large intestine when empty will take about 1 us gall / 3.6 Litres, 4 gallon / 14 litre bucket, tank coupling, tap with threaded hose outlet, tap connector and 1/2" clear pvc hose so if you back wash you can see. Clean with babies bottle fluid and if it forms a black mould you can see that and discard the hose. Only use drinking water, gut wall absorbs water to dry out turds. Weigh before and weigh it out, anything over the minimum weight you have seen means you are waterlogged and it will be looking for an exit, the next fart will be very wet. Depending on diet, you should lose about 1 lb / 0.5 Kg of dirt.
First thing I had go into colon was about 1" diameter and 18" long so when it happened I had plenty to hold on to. I'd been playing with it doubled up for years.
