Question about typical BD response times.

I have ordered my first bd toy, a Roland, about two weeks ago. At the time I ordered him in small but later wanted to change him to medium because upon looking at measurements I realised girth wise, small wouldn't be enough. I thus opened a ticket and asked for an order change. The Cs team member got back to me really quick and said to send payment to their PayPal and then send transaction ID so they can update notes,I do that and now my order is still in the 'Awaiting information from you' stage for about 2 days. How long do they typically take to respond and update my order?
