SCAMMER ALERT! 2 FOR ONE SPECIAL

You guys who got scammed HAVE TO report this, in order to protect the community. If Paypal wants to know what you sold, tell them it was a "silicone sculpture". This scammer should not be able to open another Paypal account, if she is reported enough times.

Also, the Corax in me implores you all....SCREENSHOT everything in the case of a scam. That saved stuck-on-the-knot-1's bacon in this case.

This person has been doing this for years, so I hope that karma, finally, finally catches up to them.

 

Lavender gave me some offers, and was very quick to start dropping their price.

 

Lavender also tried to offer me an UF chance, even offered to include free shipping from US to UK in the price. Knew it was too good to be true and declined!

 

Well you can add another user who got duped. Figured it was a sham but thought I'd give it a shot.

Can confirm that LavenderFields is most likely a scammer.
Wanted to trade an item from US to EU, her items that "she" had available would constantly change and when asked to provide a picture with proof of identification I never heard back.
Extremely suspicious what she wrote as a whole.

 

I have the main paypal address of the person, address, phone number, transaction histories etc. Also someone else they had money sent to.
Debating on releasing it. The phone number could be particularly damaging when you call her/him.

 

Most likely? The situation is already debunked. She is a scammer.

Also I want to know me stuck on the knot have come up with how we will resolve this on our end ( as far as the money between the two of us) still no word back from lavender and assuming she’s probably done on this forum.

 

Dammit :| It was a very awkward conversation about selling a bumble but I also fell for it... Hopefully I can sort it out because I did it as a paypal purchase. But, how do people go about reporting this and asking for a PayPal-issued refund? I guess I shouldn't just point to this forum

 

I think I may have found the actual person. The root scammer. I am going to go to their house and pay them a visit as they live within 10 minutes of me. I tracked their information back to 2003 and their current address in utah. I'll keep you updated.

 

I'm pretty sure the individual who lives near me isn't the correct one, however using their paypal email and a few other bits of info I may be able to learn more. I can't say where I get my info from but I'll keep at it until I can say for sure who or what is doing this. Just dont want to expose a pawn who is oblivious.

 

I totally get that. Luckily they didn't get much from me. But I can tell you right now they have a lot of incoming money from a lot of users. I'd say spread this thread and as soon as I can get better info I'll post it to make others aware

 

Maybe cross-post this situation to the BD Reddit too so more people over there don't get scammed as well?
