Selling toys in EU

Hi, I am about to sell some of my toys but I dont have any experience in selling anything outside of germany.

Some of the questions I have asked myself:

Whats a fair price for selling toys in the EU ?

Since its pretty expensive to import Bad Dragon products into Germany, (I payed almost 200 € for shipping and taxes of 3 toys) its obvious that I dont want to blow that money into the wind but instead sell them more expensive. However I doubt that anyone is willing to pay more than a new toy would cost even though shipping an everything is already payed.

Will I have to fill out special forms for selling toys to other EU countries ?

I have send packages nationally in Germany without any problems but what concerns me is selling internationally (in the EU).
