Can't help you. I don't do seafood, either making or eating.

But I would love to make these,

I'd do a new england clam chowder, nothing says survival under selective pressures within a niche trophic level of an ecosystem like mollusks or bottom feeders (and potatoes)

Hmm, that would be good, but I was thinking more along the lines of shrimp or imitation crab.

    I named this dish Breakfast

    Eggs
    Celery
    Baby Portobellos
    Green onions
    Fresh basil
    Fresh parsley
    Fresh garlic
    Black pepper
    worcestershire sauce
    Grapeseed oil

Coat your pan in oil and let it get hot. Add your mushrooms, celery, onions and basil. Add a splash of worcestershire sauce and bring it down to a simmer. Season with your parsely, garlic, and pepper to taste and cook until the mushrooms are tender. Add eggs and scramble.

I've been told I should sell my chocolate chip cookies, they are that good.

My Mac & Cheese is pretty loved as well. Sharp Cheddar and Colby Longhorn. Takes 1 hour + in the oven, but it's so worth it.

I also make Pizza Balls and Unsloppy Joes (sloppy joes/manwhich in a biscuit, basically), etc, etc. Basically, I just need a recipe and I'm good to go.

if I do make mac I usually use a blend of smoked gouda, cheddar, and swiss since the flavors get really good when it starts to get lightly browned and caramelized in the oven

I usually make them into a roux before mixing with the noodles, just some milk, flour, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and a hint of nutmeg

Well, unfortunately I can't make Mac & Cheese much any more, with dad being diabetic and all. But when it do make it, milk, butter, s&p, corn starch and noodles, add milk, a layer of noodles in pan, a bit of the rest, a layer of cheese (usually one block of cheese sliced up), then repeat, minus the milk. Pretty sure the recipe calls for baking for 1.5 hours, but I think I found I can cut that down to 1 hour.

I'm no chef, and this might not look good, but I'm pleased with myself that I can actually cook stuff that tastes half decent.
    My dinner tonight:

Spelt pasta with roasted sweet potato, white potato, carrots, parsnips, red onion, leek, sweetcorn, mushroom and chilli, served with houmous and seasoned with oregano, dill and Himalayan pink salt. It's a bit simplistic, but like I said I'm a student not a chef.

My lunch. So decadent and delicious. Vanilla ice cream and a sliced starfruit from the tree in our backyard. :3

Made this sandwich yesterday, super delicious.
    Ingredients are:
Roast Beef, Honey-Glazed Ham, Cajun Turkey, Pepper Jack cheese, (toasted via toaster oven), then added lettuce, homemade guacamole, mayo, and Sriracha, all between a couple slices of 100% Whole Wheat bread. :D

I had leftover chicken risotto that my mum made for dinner yesterday for lunch and it was absolutely gorgeous. A lot better than having sandwiches all the time which I usually do :)
