Tips on Knotting XL Rex?

    Are there any techniques or tricks anyone knows of on how to get XL Rex's knot to go in all the way? There always seems to be one ball of the knot that refuses tinto all the way i, depth isnt my problem, I rarely use my XL Winston Tongue as prep though... I've got the relaxation and breathing technique down but I just cant get the 2nd half of the knot to go past the width of the sphincter which I'm pretty sure is like an inch or 2, is girth my issue?
    Or are there any house items that are great at helping push the 2nd half in?

    I can take the knot now, but I just cant seem to get it to fully sink in till its locked in.

    what's a good way fully sink the knot?
