I'm so glad to hear that you know where to shop and are vigilant with stores and restaurants about GF foods! It is so important to know your options. And even better that you're already seeing results. I've heard it can take up to a month (maybe more) for gluten to truly get out of your gastrointestinal system, so give it time! I have a friend with ulcerative colitis and after I suggested she get off gluten and take a probiotic her ulcers actually went away. Pretty crazy how Monsanto's hybridized wheat is really starting to take a toll on people... Anyway. Instead of clogging up this thread with a bunch of stuff about gluten and diet changes and supplements... PM me if you ever have a question about something. I don't want to toot my own horn but I'd consider myself to be proficient enough in this sort of topic.
