    If you are actually legit and this is all a big misunderstanding, I suggest you refund @RK200 their money via Friends & Family since it won't cost you anything to do so, and then if the two of you still want to do the exchange, they can pay you via Goods & Services and have the Paypal Buyer Protection. The only reason I can think of for you not to do so at this point is if you are scamming them and have no intention of coming through. RK200 alerted the thread to the problem a week ago and you are only responding now that they are approaching their bank for a chargeback. That's really suspicious. If you're legit, the burden of proof is on you.
