Why do you collect toys? How did you get started?

What did you get and how long have you been waiting? I know they've been really backed up lately, I haven't gotten anything from them as they're just not big enough and I'm try to go as big as I can

 

I've gotten a Ursa Major Kaiju, a Blue Kaiju Hyaenodon and a Mystery Deinonychus with a Overload Add on. It's the 3 week mark on the 3rd of March so I'm going to e-mail them for a update to see how they're getting on and whatnot.

I dunno about big toys for me. Bad Dragon sizes look really massive in my opinion but that might change when I get into the swing of things.

Ah it was a long way to BD
I stated pretty early because of a schoolfriend when I was around 13 years old. We were all interested in girls and he told me if I sit on the shower head I can go pissing like a girl....

It's pretty expensive, even more because I am from Germany with shipping and customs even buying second hand. But it's worth it. But could be a little cheaper.

After 2013 I began to build my collection again and I'm not the proud owner or 21 BD or so toys (among a few others). I've slowed my buying down in the past year though.

There have been a few omissions, but not that relevant.

 

I started because I was a closet furry with a weird set of fetishes lmao. Now I collect because I love the different shapes and feelings. I am also obsessed with pretty colors. And I'm also no longer in the closet

 

This has been my entire experience too! I have not yet come to terms with canines as I've had a pet dog basically my whole life (she's 17 now!) and kind of reach a mental block on that, but the knot looks like it would feel so good...

I don't really remember how I found BD but I forgot about it for a while and then remembered again, I kept my eye on the site because well I wanted something but was nervous about buying anything and then if my dad found out (I couldn't afford to live on my own so I stayed with him). I was terrified, but then Ridley came out and I went !!!! That's it. I'm getting one. Ridley is totally a Xenomorph and they are one of my favorite things ever. And I've been buying from them ever since.

I like to consider myself a toy collector. I'd gone out of my way to purchase "big name" or very popular toys (Sqweel, that pink glass daisy buttplug, etc) and I new that I'd want to collect one Bad Dragon to round it out, because I had a lot of glass and metal toys, and wanted to finally foray into the world of Silicone in a big way.

It started with just the one: My custom small/medium firm Crackers (purple and gold for royalty). I ended up being so happy with it that I knew I'd eventually end up getting a second one. I got my second one (a custom hanns made to look like Trahearne from Guild Wars 2)...and then a third...and a fourth....I found that I liked the quality and customization so great that I just...didn't feel like buying from anywhere else. I'm now waiting on my tenth toy (even though I've sold two and am trying to sell one more of them).

 

I first found the BD website a long time ago when I was much younger. I quickly forgot about it as I wasn't into sex then.
During high school I bought my first vibrator, it was part of a set called the candy bites. I later got the rest of the set.
About two years ago I was browsing the net and did a search for horse dildos. That led me to the BD website we all know and love.

I've always been interested in 'weird' or 'freaky' stuff on the internet. I don't know if anyone remembers Encyclopedia Dramatica (maybe it's still around?) but that was how I first learned about Furries. The article was of course really negative towards them, but I was interested so I scouted out Fur Affinity and spent some time in the forums. I still came out of that with a 'well that's just another group of freaks' mentality however.

I still didn't think much of furries until I was on the Facepunch forums (of all places, I know, but that was my timekilling forum back in the day) in the dragon megathread, which was a controversial but friendly little community. I only ever lurked there, but I came to enjoy the 'scalie' themed posts. I got alot of my porn tastes from that thread too, because as much as the mods generally disapproved of it, alot of M/M anthro dragon stuff was posted. And there was a fair bit of talk about dragon dildos too, enough that I got more and more curious until I decided to buy one for myself.
And now I'm a buttslut.
I hope that's not too 'life-story-ish'. I've never actually shared that anywhere before.
