The big ol' explanations of why we can't have nice things

Cleaning, Sanitization & Prep:

Buyer is strongly recommended to do their own cleaning before use.
Additional cleaning will not be offered.
All cleaning was done in a cleaned and sanitized stainless steel sink.
Any stray hairs, fluff or packaging debris will be kept to an absolute minimum but is not guaranteed.

All toys were given an individual rinse with warm water before batch sanitizing.

All toys have gone through batch sanitization:
- 20 minute soak in 90C water
- 20 minute soak in 30C water with 5% bleach (new water)
- 20 minute soak in 30C water (new water)
- 5-10 minutes cold water rinsing

Any toys with intact or removed cum tubes have gone through additional cleaning:
- flushed with 30C water with 5% bleach content
- submerged with minimal bubbles during batch sanitizing
- additional 20min soak in 90C water with flushes
- tubes flushed with 30C water
- toys are propped up & tubes hung to prevent trapped water

Shipping, Handling & Not Getting Ripped Off:

Buyers:
- Choose delivery service and pays for Shipping / Handling / Import fees
- Choose and pays for any insurance.
- Will only be reimbursed if insurance claim is accepted.
- Will be responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Will be responsible for items after they are shipped.
- Will be sent paypal invoice with final price + S&H.
- Will NOT be reimbursed for any costs not covered by shipping insurance.
- Will NOT be reimbursed for any shipping & handling costs (original shipping, or return to sender costs)

After paypal invoice is paid:
- Toys will be shipped as 'Silicone Sculptures'
- Toys will be video recorded for final packaging.
- Packaging will be recorded with unique gibberish.
- Package will be pictured with shipping receipt & unique gibberish on packaging.

Any disputes or charge backs:
- e-mails, conversation logs, videos & photographs will be provided to resolve disputes, charge backs or claims.
- any toys returned as refused, return to sender or with different contents will not be refunded.
- any packages sent back without tracking number & photograph of shipping receipt will be treated as fraudulent returns.
- any packages sent back without original packaging or the unique gibberish from original packaging cut out and included will be treated as fraudulent returns.
- any packages returned will be recorded on video at pickup.
- gibberish will be added to returned package at pickup.
- package will be recorded when opened to confirm contents shipped back.

I am not an expert, so if something were to happen with an international shipment, that is going to be a headache.
