Yes the dimensions are different for legacy Nova :
Circumference of knot : 21.5 cm / 8.5 inch
Circumference of head : 12 cm / 4.7 inch
Length to knot : 20 cm / 7.9 inch
Length usable : 23 cm / 9 inch
Length total : 26 cm / 10.2 inch

Shipping inside France would be a little cheaper, 5€. Total would be 155€ for both toys.

 

Okay, this toy has been hanging around for a long time, I can lower to 55€.
Be aware that this not the newest version of the Seadragon, I will give you the measurements :
