Arrived this morning. Bottom of the box was not sealed and there is an imperfection on the base which would make him a flop that was not mentioned.

This would mean he cost $108.50 as a flop and not $155 as he would new. This would also effect his value second hand.

please send back $20 for the flop and all good

 

Here is my original order. I originally paid (rounding) $170


As I am unable to control the parcel service and how they handle packages I feel it is unfair to push the blame and fault on to me. However I pride myself on my integrity and humility so I would be willing to refund you $10 for items out of my control and the defect that came from that.

That would mean you are paying $100 for what was originally bought for $170 meaning you are paying 58% of the original price. I know it is second hand but it was well taken care of and maintained, plus bad dragon products hold their value better than most second hand items.

I feel this is fair but will await your agreement.

 

I see. Must have been issue with bd quality control. I suppose $10 is agreeable.
