Did they put it in any bushes? Or under the doormat? Possibly hiding it some place else around the house. I hope they didn't deliver it to a neighbour...that can get weird.
So they said they delivered to the front desk/reception but its closed on weekends, plus its right across from my apartment and ive been outside all day! So they just blatantly lied but hopefully it tuns up on monday

Sounds like they either delivered to the wrong house or left it out in the open and someone ran off with it. I hope you get to the bottom of it and get your toy!
So it's not been resolved and they say it will be 3 days before they get back to me! honestly, I don't think they came by there was absolutely no one near the front he would have had to walk right past me and my friends! So what I'm hoping was an automated service and it will actually be delivered tomorrow, I'm hoping he makes it to me safely! and yeah well I hope that it isn't the case <3
I had this happen two months ago, bought my hubby his favorite anime on DVD and they marked it as delivered and it wasn't in my mailbox, I went to the post office and complained, but they told me there was nothing they could do. It showed up, a week later with no explanation. But just glad it made it. Hopefully yours will be similar and show up soon!! <3
I'm a seller on Etsy and this has happened twice. Sometimies a carrier will mark an item delivered if its in their truck but they don't get to it that day or something and it ends up going back with them to the post office. Usually it will go out the next day in even rarer cases it will show up much later.
