BD and Tickets

How long does it typically take for BD to answer a ticket? Does anyone know?

 

I have experienced a couple of different scenarios.
For clearance toys, or merchandise like lube my questions were answered with 1-2 days. Im sure since the product was already made there wasn't much to be unexpected.

On the other hand I have literally about 16 custom toys I have submitted a ticket in for because im at the 9 week mark nearly and have not had a response for a ticket from 7 days ago. I do want to go over the fact that the sheer number of orders, size/texture/color/firmness customization, and split order dates etc. They probably are tough orders to give "guestimations" on.

Maybe it just depends on how unique the ticket is. I keep hoping they arent responding because they are getting ready to send some of them out. (fingers crossed).
