I mean, it shouldn't be my sleep hygiene if it's happening when I'm already passing out, right? Pretty sure sleep hygiene is about doing all the things to get you in that sleepy head space, but if I'm already there, that can't be it.

It more or less is, as well as avoiding things that don't help sleep. I'm not sure what it could be either. I only took one course in sleep, so I don't have too much.

Yes...tons! I kinda feel like I'm guiding myself if I'm working on stuff.

Does anyone else spit in the toilet after they piss? Every time after I piss it never fails, I'll spit afterward, toilet or not come to think of it.

Does anyone else feel... awkward or worried when complimenting someone?

Like trying to tell a person they look nice, but worried that the other person may mistake your intent as is so common these days, that you either don't say anything or don't fully say what you mean? I don't have a confidence issue, just the opposite. But a lot of times I don't say anything or give a quick, not serious answer or compliment to someone.

Yep. It's why I don't really compliment people unless I know they will take it well/as intended. Most of the time I'm sure they'll take it as flirting when that's not my intention in the slightest.

I normally don't say anything either unless the other person tells me the types of compliments they like. People these days misinterpret or get offended by things so easily that I'm never sure if they'll respond in kind of try and paint me as a creep.

Maybe it's because I've run into a lot of those people, or maybe it's just another thing that's better if you don't participate.

Edit: Since I'm on the topic, I'm going to go ahead and say I'm not one of those people I'm talking about. I don't judge.

Yep. I'm so incredibly paranoid about compliments. I feel extremely weird giving them out, and honestly, if a girl my age tried to genuinely compliment me, I'd think she was trying to mess with me.

I've occasionally offered up unsolicited compliments. It's really not so bad.

I can only do that to old people because I know they aren't going to take it the wrong way.
