Looking for bad dragon toys small or medium

Hi there, this is my first time using this site so I apologize if I did something wrong.
I'm not exactly sure what I want but some things I'd be interested in...
- nova, I like the layered look
- a knot, but not too big
- a cumtube and/or suction cup
- cool colors
