    Just sent out a Medium flate Rate box from USPS fro a resale to a member of this page and USPS is trying to charge him 24$ extra now for "postage Due"
    He is trying to send the package back now and its a whole mess. Why is USPS trying to charge him? item fit well side box and wasn't heavy at all

    its normal to pay the 'transit fee' amount, if this person is from another country or state they usually charge a 20-30$ fee for transit. its normal.
